Safety Coat WE is a durable water-dilutable 2-component roller coating based on epoxy. The coating has a light filling capacity, is seamless and possesses good mechanical resistance.

Properties/technical specifications:
- Colour: Standard colours RAL7001, 7030, 7032 and 7035, other colours on request
- Viscosity approx. 700 mPa.sec (A+B)
- Density 1.4 kg/L
- Processing time: approx.30 minutes at 20˚C. After mixing, the product should be immediately transferred into a paint tray or applied directly to the floor, as delays will significantly shorten the pot life.
- Mixing ratio A : B = 5 : 10 of 1 : 2 (parts by weight)
- Consumption 200-300g/m2 per coat, 2-3 coats required depending on the substrate condition and desired result
- Solid content 65 mass %
- Odourless
- Walkable after approx. 16 hours
- Apply the next coat within 24 hours if possible. If waiting longer, the surface must be lightly mechanically abraded and freed from dust before applying a new coat.

After curing:
- At a temperature of 20 ˚C and a relative humidity of 65%, the coating is resistant to mechanical stress after 3 x 24 hours and resistant to chemical and water exposure after 7 x 24 hours
