Description
Safety Coat OV is a durable, solvent-free, two-component roller coating based on epoxy.
The coating is filling, seamless and has good mechanical and excellent chemical resistance.

Properties/technical specifications:
- Colour: Standard Medium Grey Ral7040, other colours available on request
- Viscosity: Approx. 4800 mPa.sec (A+B)
- Density: 1.42 kg/L
- Processing time: approx. 30 minutes at 20˚C. After mixing, the product should be immediately transferred to a paint tray or applied directly to the floor, as any delay will significantly shorten the pot life.
- Mixing ratio: standard colour A : B = 4 :1 (parts by weight), other colours see label.
- Consumption: 2-3 coats of 250-350 g/m2
- Apply the next coat within 24 hours if possible. If you wait longer, you should lightly roughen the surface mechanically and remove dust before applying a new coat.

After curing:
- At a temperature of 20˚C and a relative humidity of 65%, the coating can withstand mechanical stress after 3 x 24 hours and Chemically/water-resistant after 7 x 24 hours.
